Terms & Conditions
All orders are subject to approval, based on meeting chair minimums. Stock orders are also subject to availability of stock. Customers will be contacted if sock is unavailable, or outside of normal lead times. (see Lead Times below)
Stock orders should be paid in full to remove stock from inventory and prior to shipping. Custom orders require 50% deposit to initiate order, and payment in full prior to shipping
Lead Times
Normal* lead time of 1-6 weeks for stock orders, and 8-14
week lead time for custom orders. (*exceptions due to conditions beyond our control, such as weather events etc...)
Shipping Options
We have multiple freight delivery
options:
¾ Dedicated Freight: The entire cost of the delivery truck
is covered within the quoted freight price and the order will be shipped
immediately upon completion unless otherwise specified.
¾ Standard Freight: Please note this freight has been
discounted in order to coordinate with other shipments. Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. (This does not include lead times for chair
orders. Customer must be prepared to
accept order anytime within the 6 week period.)
¾ Customer Pickup: We understand some customers may prefer to pick up the chairs themselves at our facility in Texas. If this option is selected, we will provide our customer pickup guidelines.
